Warning: include(Zend/Log.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/xxxxx/public_html/lib/Varien/Autoload.php on line 94

I tried to install some magento plug in updates. After doing so, I deleted the "maintenance flag" via FTP. I still cannot access my website's frontend nor backend. Can someone help me please?

Here's the error I'm receiving:

Warning: include(Zend/Log.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/xxxxx/public_html/lib/Varien/Autoload.php on line 94

Warning: include(): Failed opening 'Zend/Log.php' for inclusion (include_path='/home/xxxxx/public_html/app/code/local:/home/xxxxx/public_html/app/code/community:/home/xxxxx/public_html/app/code/core:/home/xxxxx/public_html/lib:.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/xxxxx/public_html/lib/Varien/Autoload.php on line 94

Fatal error: Class 'Zend_Log' not found in /home/xxxxx/public_html/app/code/core/Mage/Core/functions.php on line 247

I'm having the same issue. I'm getting closer to figuring out what is wrong but I haven't solved it yet. Try going into developer mode by putting

SetEnv MAGE_IS_DEVELOPER_MODE "true"

into your .htaccess. This should give you more (better) error messages.
